Laurel and her sister-in-law Sarah traveled to Helsinki in March of 2019 to deliver technology and resources. With Helsinki as our base of operations, volunteers from our teams in Russia came to help us by taking the donated computers, iPhones, Braille displays and other supplies to our deserving recipients in Saint Petersburg and Moscow.

Laurel is in Helsinki with Anastasiya who is a past technology recipient. Anastasiya volunteered to travel from Moscow to carry resources to new recipients there. She also carried important supplies from Helsinki to our partners at the guide dog school in Moscow.
